Discuss rules
So far

Burst of speed banned unless TvN , If TvN fireblast banned (Kick only)
Druid vs necro = Bear only
Level 1 fireblast only
Wake of fire banned
Level 1 warcry only
Over 15% Block is banned
SS is banned
Trappers can only use Claw Claw

Im going to be adding this rule:
Burst of Speed may only be used with heart of the oak. (due to broken ias frame caps)

spirit pb is the same frames as gts for sins, just wont have any base ias
