People that might be in some tiers now might go down if they don't participate to next events
Also regarding of rules changes, class abuses, some people might drop aswell.

Disclaimer : this tier list doesn't reflect overall individual skill, but more about the results of various tournaments participation. It will be more reliable when more tournaments will take place, and that everyone will have started playing.

nice been waiting for that tier list! Now what's the difference between tier3 average and tier4 average ? And what is get god tier?
