yer it doesn't work, you can hotkey throw but you can't actually swap to it unless you're wielding a throwable weapon

no idea why they bothered changing it

cuz from blizzard's perspective, it's seen as a mechanic that shouldn't be there.

just like WSG is seen as a glitch but for us pvpers, it's a mechanic.

they don't care about the pvp community of a few thousand people so you can kiss those mechanics goodbye
