Sounds like first duel was a troll based on manipulating rules or w/e. Second duel will hopefully be a fair duel. Having dueled both parties in LLD, I would put a strong favour on KaseyK in any m/u.

It's not even about the duel at this point. Its the precedent being set by this ego bruised mod, who is trying to stipulate "mutually agreeable rules" which aren't mutually agreed upon. Hilarious entertainment.

I actually considered this point vs that one old duel wager where the duel was set, but then the one guy used bm hacks or tactics or w/e. Textbook deemed the transaction as something like "bm / gm was never stated" and therefore awarded the winnings to the bm player. Was thinking that this s/a mirrors that one in many ways and I'm interested to see how it goes haha. Wish I had the link to the s/a I'm remembering.

Moderator admits they were in the wrong, but can't recognize the clear dichotomy between his idea of mutually a agreeable ruleset which alters the established ruleset he's linked, and a real mutually agreeable rules, wherein the individual involved agree upon a ruleset.

Agreed, the problem is he admitted he was wrong, then introduced another egregious ego-driven solution that was poorly thought out.

In my opinion, VT vs VT is an absolute bullshit duel which is barely above melee.

That being said, agreeing to a VT vs VT duel and then using hammers is not legit.

Although I do believe that KaseyK is a better dueler than KappaDpride in every regard; this win doesn't seem legit.

I hope that anyone can agree with the above statements. At least anyone who duels.
