Welcome to the D2GA 1v1 double elimination Fpk Tournament!
This tournament will be hosted by the D2R PvP server!
Everyone is welcome to join our community and learn first about the upcoming events!

General info:
- This tournament will be a double elimination tournament, each match with a deadline of 3 days for each round.

- No extensions available!

- The official timezone we will be using is EST (EST time)

- If any competitor is caught abusing any rule, no form of compensation is to be given and the competitor might be banned from future events too!

- Draw = null aka no points for either party.

- The only people who are allowed to enter a tour game are the 2 competitors and tour admins who are stated in the tour topic. Noone else!

- The winning dueler of the match will be determined first to 5 wins. The outcome will be posted by the winner of the set of duels in the thread along with 3 types of pics, like the ones below, which will verify the result (If the winner doesn't provide the right pictures, the match will be replayed, so be careful!!!!!!!!).

Type of pic #1--> Pic showing at least 2 rounds of the set of duels.

Type of pic #2--> Pic showing ur character screen and ur block% with time stamp.

Type of pic #3--> Pic showing ur character's left click skills with time stamp.

Our gm rules:
a) No bm of any kind. That includes: bm gear, hack of any kind for pvp, shittalking, being arrogant af, playing undercover etc. Generally speaking, respect other players. This is rly important and whoever abuses this rule, will be disqualified. Tour admins' jurisdiction!

General:

- All mods, hacks, programs are banned. (WMC and other mouse-window capture programs are allowed.)
- Refusal to GMOD test or show gear, inventory, and/or weapon swap will result in suspension.
- The Moor is to be cleared before dueling. It is at the players' discretion to clear the Moor.
- Both players must signal the start of the duel.
- No offensive abilities or curses be casted prior to your opponent signaling the start of the duel.
- Towning or teleporting past Flavie and bridges in case of a bridge map results in a loss. (Being pushed via KB mechanics is not, come back out and re-signal the continuation.)
- No use of houses (accidentally entering the house is excused - request a mediator to sit in house if it is excessive).
- No use of shrines or wells.
- Recasting is allowed.
- Ties are null duels.
- Refusal to duel results in a loss.
- You may request a mediator for a duel, and by doing so you are accepting whatever decisions they make.
- Overly defensive play can result in DQ but only at a requested mediator's discretion.
- No poison necro, auradin, or psn jav zon
- No respecs/tokens between or during matches
- "Chance to cast amp" items are not allowed.
- Maxblock is not allowed. No points in dexterity, apart from the ones needed to wear your gear.
- No ethereal axes and weapons in general.
- You are not allowed to respec throughout the tour. You will finish the tour with the spec you started it.
- No Mercenaries allowed of any kind

Consumables:

- No consumables other than mana potions, arrows, and bolts.
- No prebuffing. (Inventory/cube buff allowed.)
- You may stack arrows in the Blood Moor before starting a duel.
- You may stack mana potions before starting a duel.

Items:
- The use of the following skill charges is allowed: Oak Sage, Heart of Wolverine
- Doom is banned.
- Slow is capped at 10%.
- Max resistance is 85%.
- Max absorb is 20%.
- When using combinations of items to mitigate do not exceed 80% max resistances / 20% absorb to any single element. (exception - tgods)
- Life rep is capped at 40, NOT including + rep from CTA.
- No more than one poison damage small charm is allowed.
- Only one item that grants CtC Life Tap can be worn at a time.
- When using Phoenix, all monsters must be redeemed before dueling.

Assassin Specific Rules:
- Dual Claw Assassins with more than 1 hard skill point in any trap cannot use absorb or + max resist. Those without may use +5 max resist or 20 absorb but not both.
- "Chance to cast amp" items are not allowed. If you plan to use Dclaw / Melee moves on your trap sin, make sure your claws to not have chance to cast amp.

Barbarian Specific Rules:
- 2x Raven Frost is allowed (Can not stack above 310 resists)
- Verdungo + Dual Hoto is allowed

Druid Specific Rules:
N/A

Necromancer Specific Rules:
- Bone Spirit is banned for NvN (1v1 only)
- Bone Wall is banned
- Poison Nova is banned
- Bone Prison is allowed only versus characters that can teleport
- All curses are allowed except Iron Maiden, Lower Resist, Decrepify, and Life Tap
- Corpse skills are banned
- May use +15% max fire resist

Banned items:

- Ethereal Weapons (on Barbarian specifically)
- Doom (allowed vs chars that are not IAS-based)
- Combat skillers (on Barbarian specifically)

Important note:
U are not allowed to respec depending on the match-up during the tournament.

Updates to the rules so everyone knows:

- "Chance to cast amp" items are not allowed. (If you plan to use dclaw on sin)
- Maxblock is not allowed. No points in dexterity, apart from the ones needed to wear your gear.
- No eth axes and weapons in general. (If you plan to use BVC)
- No mercenaries

Cuz like certain matchups take a long time like nvd and tvn

Maxblock is not allowed. No points in dexterity, apart from the ones needed to wear your gear. No more than 35% block allowed. Only vita builds!
