Bone necro have incredible skills!
Almost all skills are great for pvp, and even then you could use more skills, like curses/zoo/psn!
to use thouse skills, you need fast hotkey switch, and above all you need to use huge mana!
a 'normal' necro can nice telestump spear someone, and can keep up the mana lost from spear+tele with mana pots
but thats not my stile, i wana use all skills to the max!
a base energy necro can never keep up my casting! even not with a full mana pots belt/5min!

First you enter a duel game!
cast bone armor, host everybody! (exept frends ofc!) remember what char you fight with, name/char! try look at some aura/ciclone/thunder! so you know your tactic!
walk out of the gate, and tele 5 screans away asap! you nn bo for tele, tele regen you anywhy

now make your self a nice dueling spot
cast bo, recast bone armor, cast a wall, kill all monsters nearbye.
and locate the map, know your special spots!

now you have your area, its time to to do some kills
such you enemy on your map, as soon as you see them go back off map,
make yourslef a nice bonewall house (no missle come in, only missle go out, no charge is allowed!)
and start bone spirit to all spots where you think your target is, sometime go take a look!
at this point, you kills go fast! 3-5 kills before they even know, wtf invisible necro!
