Looking to build a level 49blizzsorc for midleveldueling

what items would I need to hit maximum blizz damage + fhr etc.

Bascially I just want to be able to hit 70/80 level characters and do decent damage while also stacking FHR/FCR.

for items I was thinking

helm: 3/20fcr /w open socket and 5/5 cold facets
chest: viper magi /w 5/5 cold facet
rings: 2/2 sojs
gloves: frosties
ammy: 2cold/fcr ammy
boots: unsure?
belt: unsure
main hand: unsure
shield: unsure

any changes I should make?
