Welcome to the 2v2 D2GM West ladder double elimination tournament!

This is a FPK TOURNEY meaning Barb Sin Druid and necro only!

This will be the main 2v2 tournament of this season with pools by D2GM aka the community that is bringing you great tournaments!

Everyone is free to look for their partner and post info of their team. However, if someone can't find a partner, he can post in the topic and ask for a partner there. Be sure that more people will be looking for partners, so go ahead and post your info even if u don't have a partner yet!

General info:
- This tournament will be a double elimination tournament, each match with a deadline of 4 days for each round.
- No extensions available!
- The official time zone we will be using is PST (Pacific Standard Time).
- If any competitor is caught abusing any rule, no form of compensation is to be given and the competitor + his partners might be banned from future events too!

The only people who are allowed to enter a tourney game are the competitors and tourney admins who are stated in the tour topic. No one else!

The winning team of the match will be determined first to 5 wins. The outcome will be posted by 1 of the members of the winning team in the thread

Our gm rules:

No bm of any kind. That includes: bm gear, hack of any kind for pvp, shit talking, being arrogant af, forcefully manipulating bracket matchups, playing undercover etc. Generally speaking, respect other players. This is really important and whoever abuses this rule, will be disqualified. Tour admins' jurisdiction!

Overly defensive play can result in DQ but only at a requested mediator's discretion. If u think that your opponent is being really defensive, ask for a med.

If someone loses connection be4 a round starts, the round will begin when that person is back. If someone loses connection DURING a round, he loses the round and match continues, unless both sides agree to play again the round.

Max leap lvl after bo is lvl35.

Clarified rules from main ruleset regarding res:
1) Max 10% maximum res or 20% abs and 5% max res unless said otherwise. General rule regarding all kinds of res...For example, u can't use both phoenix and 1 x dwarf, but u can use infernostride or phoenix or ww+1 x dwarf. Also, u can use tgods or lo+1 x wisp.
2) Dual claw assassins may use maximum of 5% max res. Absorb other than raven is banned if using c/c. Self-explanatory. Also, c/c sins can't use tgods.
3) On nec and druid 90 fire resist is allowed. That means that ONLY the following chars are allowed to use hotspurs:
- nec
- dudu

Poison necros are banned.

If someone asks another player to show gear during a duel, the other player is bound to show full gear + inv.

Mana pool is allowed be4 the duel starts.

Replacing items till the set of ft5 is completed is allowed. However, whoever goes to stash to change anything, he is bound to show full equipment + inventory to his opponent.

Glide wrapper is fully supported by blizzard and therefore, it is 100% gm. Full info on how to use it in our gm server

When the set of duels starts, u are not allowed to leave and reenter game no matter wat. Unless u get kicked from the game ofc. Also no one, apart from the 2 competitors, is allowed to enter a tour game, unless 1 of the 2 competitors ask a tour admin to join the game.

U are not allowed to respec depending on the match-up during the tournament.

U can be mb by having gear for mb, but u are not allowed to respec between matches and add or remove stat points!

If the tvt ends up with a nec vs nec match-up, only spear is allowed.

When someone dies, he must stay in town till the duel is over, w/o supporting his partner in any way (oak etc).

If a BvC and BvC have to duel 1v1, dual axe and enigma must be worn. Skill attribution stays the same. That applies only when bvc and bvc have to fight. For 2 x bvcs, shields can't be used.

No account sharing. The person who signed up to play the tourney will be the one to play each set of duels and no one else!

No cap for ds/ow/cb.

Main rule-set taken directly from the official Europe gm rule-set (apart from a rule change regarding max slow% which will be 10% and not 35%)

General Rules:

- No pots on the ground, apart from mana pool. It's your responsibility to remove them before the duels start
- No Hacks of any kind
- Duels area is Blood moor.
- Respecing is not allowed
- Charges besides Enchant, Oak and Heart of wolverine are not allowed.
- Mana potions are allowed
- The duels start once everybody said "go or g"
- Replenish Life is capped at 40
- Replacing items during the round to get an advantage is forbidden.
- Mana pools are allowed.
- Max 451 poison damage from charms
- Max 10% slow.
- No mercs, Healing & Juv potions.
- Cube bo is allowed.
- No shrines or wells are allowed.
- All games are played on 'Hell' Difficulty
- The map must be cleared of all monsters.
- Do not cast anything or use any aura once you die (IE: Oak, Shadow, Golem, etc)

Absorb/Resistance Rules:

- Max 10% maximum res or 20% abs and 5% max res unless said otherwise.
- On nec and druid 90 fire resist is allowed.
- Thundergods is allowed on all chars except on c/c assassins

Class-specific Rules:

Necromancer
- Bone wall, Revives and curses other than Amp are not allowed.

Assassin
- Dual claw assassins may use maximum of 5% max res. Absorb other than raven is banned if using c/c.

Druid
- Cyclone armor doesn't count as absorb or maximum resist.
- Recasting is allowed.

Barbarian
- Standard rules apply
- Barbarians are not allowed to use Combat skillers.

Banned items:
- Doom
- Rising sun
- Combat skillers (barb)
- Infinity
- Widowmaker

Important notes:
1) If any of the competitors thinks that his opponent is abusing any of the rules, he is allowed to stop the duels and ask a tour admin to join the game. If none of the tour admins is available, game will be postponed and will be replayed with a tour admin present. At the next game, the score will be the same with the one left from the previous game.
