Welcome to the Europe ladder clan wars!
This tournament will be host by OP D2GM aka the community that is bringing you gz tours!

- Everyone is free to look for their partners and post info of their team. However, if smone can't find partners, he can post in the topic and ask for partners there. Be sure that more ppl will be looking for partners, so go ahead and post ur info even if u don't have a prtner yet!

Furthermore, at least 1 person from each clan will be recording their duels and videos will be uploaded at our youtube channel !!

Clan wars' period will be 26th February - 16th May!

Sign-ups till 25th February.

No entry fee ofc!

It's not a must to start playing on 26th February.
A server will be made for clan leaders to arrange duels between their clans

The payout format will be:
1st place – 7k fg + trophies
2nd place – 5k fg + trophies
3rd place – 3k fg + trophies

General info:
- This tournament will be a round robin tournament (first filter--> ''Match Wins'', second filter--> ''Points Difference), where each clan will face all opposing clans 2 TIMES.

- Each clan will consist of MINIMUM 5 members.

- No deadline for the duels to be done, but all must be done till 16th May.

- The official timezone we will be using is CET (central Europe time).

- Only the leaders/nominated players say ''G''. so only 1 person of each clan.

- Leaders make schedules for their teams. Not gonna run after anyone to do their duels!

- Option for 1 warm-up round (option if at least 1 team requests it).

- Draw = null aka no points for either party.

- Teams have the right to ask who is playing on which char of the opposing team.

- There will be PENALTIES, not in fg ofc, to the clans that will not finish all their matches till 16th May or won't provide video after each match. Whether a clan wins or loses, they have to provide video of the match!!

- If any competitor is caught abusing any rule, no form of compensation is to be given and the competitor+his partners might be banned from future events too!

- The only people who are allowed to enter a tour game are the competitors and tour admins who are stated in the tour topic. No one else!

- The winning team of the match will be determined first to 7 wins. The outcome will be posted by 1 of the members of the winning team IMMEDIATELY after the match in the thread along with 3 types of pics, like the ones below, which will verify the result.

Type of pic #1--> Pic showing at least 2 rounds of the set of duels.

Type of pic #2--> Pic showing ur character screen and ur block% with time stamp.

Type of pic #3--> Pic showing ur character's left click skills with time stamp.

Our gm rules:
a) No bm of any kind. That includes: bm gear, hack of any kind for pvp, shittalking, being arrogant af, playing undercover etc. Generally speaking, respect other players. This is rly important and whoever abuses this rule, will be disqualified. Tour admins' jurisdiction!

b ) The members of a registered clan are free to share chars among themselves. If, however, a clan is caught letting a player who is not registered in the clan or banned from tours, play, whole team will be disqualified.

c) If smone loses connection be4 a round starts, the round will begin when that person is back. If smone loses connection DURING a round, he loses the round and match continues, unless both sides agree to play again the round.

d) Max leap lvl after bo is lvl35.

e) Hammerdins should use joder only in 2 instances: 1) To go away from an attack and then switch back to normal tele. 2) To charge in order to get close to an opponent and then switch back to tele so as to stomp. 24/7 jodering around map and jodering w/o tele on opponents are not allowed.

f) Clarified rules from main ruleset regarding resistances:
1) ''Max 10% maximum res or 20% abs and 5% maxres unless said otherwise.'' --> General rule regarding all kinds of res...For example, u can't use both phoenix and 1 x dwarf, but u can use infernostride or phoenix or ww+1 x dwarf. Also, u can use tgods or lo+1 x wisp.
2) ''Dual claw assassins may use maximum of 5% maxres. Absorb other than raven is banned if using c/c.'' --> Self-explnatory. Also, c/c sins can't use tgods.
3) '' 2 Ravens are allowed if you don't have over 80 (absolute maximum) stacked cr''--> That means that u got 2 choices: a) 80, and no more, cold stack(75+80 max)+ 2 x ravens. As much stack as u want+ only 1 raven.
stack+80max+20abs is banned.
4) ''On nec, druid, boaws and pure hdin (not using active charge), 90 fire resist is allowed.''--> That means that ONLY the following chars are allowed to use hotspurs:
- nec
- bowa
- Any kind of dudu
- pure hdin (no use of charge to attack..Still can be used to walk away).

g) Psn necros are banned. However, bone necros can use white with psn nova and lr if MAX 1 hard point is put to psn nova. Also Max block necros are banned.

h) If smone asks another player to show gear during a duel, the other player is bound to show full gear+inv.

i) Es sosos are banned. There are always issues with es sosos and defwhoring. Vita/mb sosos are fine.

j) Mana pool is allowed be4 the duel starts.

k) Replacing items till the set of ft7 is completed, is allowed. However, whoever goes to stash to change anything, he is bound to show full eq+inv to his opponent.

l) Glidewrapper is fully supported by blizzard and therefore, it is 100% gm. Full info on how to use it in our gm server

m) Apart from the competitors of the duel and tour admins, noone else is allowed to enter games.

n) U are not allowed to respec depending on the match-up during the tournament.
U can be mb by having gear for mb, but u are not allowed to respec between matches and add or remove stat points!
For example, a bowa which had mb can't respec to full vita depending on the opp, but the bowa can have a stormshield in stash and use it if needed.
Another example--> A dudu can have both 163fcr and 99fcr mb setups but with the exact same hard stat points.

o) If the tvt ends up with a nec vs nec match-up, only spear is allowed.

p) When someone dies, he must stay in town till the duel is over, w/o supporting his partners in any way (vigor, oak etc).

q) Pure psn java amas are banned. Tribrids, however are ok.

r) No acc sharing. The person who signed up to play the tour will be the one to play each set of duels and noone else!

s) No cap for ds/ow/cb.

t) Main rule-set taken directly from the official Europe gm rule-set (apart from a rule change regarding max slow% which will be 10% and not 35%) (https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=71865289&f=268 ):

General Rules:

- No pots on the ground, apart from mana pool. It's your responsibility to remove them before the duels start
- No Hacks of any kind
- Duels area is Blood moor.
- No stash precasting. If you want to precast, use cube in inventory.
- Respecing is not allowed
- Charges besides Enchant, Oak and Heart of wolverine are not allowed.
- Mana potions are allowed (Exept on ES sorcs)
- The duels start after "go or g"
- Replenish Life is capped at 40
- Replacing items during the round to get an advantage is forbidden.
- Mana pools are allowed.
- Max 451 poison damage from inventory
- Max 10% slow.
- No mercs, Healing & Juv potions.
- Cube bo is allowed.
- No shrines or wells are allowed.
- All games are played onHell Difficulty
- The map must be cleared of all monsters.
- Do not cast anything or use any aura once you die (IE: Oak, Shadow, Golem, Mediation, etc)

Absorb/Resistance Rules:

- Max 10% maximum res or 20% abs and 5% maxres unless said otherwise.
- On nec, druid, boaws and pure hdin (not using active charge), 90 fire resist is allowed.
- 2 Ravens are allowed if you don't have over 80 (absolute maximum) stacked cr
- Thundergods is allowed on all chars except on c/c assas

Class-specific Rules:

Necromancer
- Bone wall, Revives and curses other than Amp/Lower resistance are not allowed.
- Boneprison is not allowed against non-tele chars.

Assassin
- Dual claw assassins may use maximum of 5% maxres. Absorb other than raven is banned if using c/c.

Paladin
- Holy Freeze is banned, except in smiter vs barb/smiter vs smiter.
- Prayer and meditation are banned. Cleansing is allowed to remove curses, not to replenish life.
- More than 1 point in prayer is not allowed.
- Resist auras count in absorb/maxres rules.
- The skill 'Holy bolt' is banned.

Druid
- Cyclone armor doesnt count as absorb or maximum resist.
- Recasting is allowed.

Barbarian
- Standard rules apply
- Barbarians are not allowed to use Combat skillers.

Amazon
- Slow missiles are not allowed.

Sorceress
- over 20 mdr/dr (not %) is banned.
- NW is allowed even when it has a tiny bit of absorb.
- Oak is not allowed if you use energy shield.

Banned items:

- Doom (allowed vs chars that are not IAS-based)
- Rising sun
- Griswold helm (allowed if you are full griswold set paladin)
- Blockoak Shield
- Combat skillers (barb)

Important note:
U are not allowed to respec depending on the match-up during the tournament.
