Where would one find GM 1v1 or tvt's that actually have some moral compass? ( I'm Using a Tri-Brid Zon )

For real the other day I was minding my own business high level dueling on my pure foh din. I was dueling a total rando Amazon who I could tell was using a hack because his arrow shot was basically following me around, lol, as if. So I was about to die and drank a full rejuv to prevent this. Then this ****** noobie as **** Amazon calls ME bm and starts nking me. Pretty sure if hacked arrows are allowed, the simple act of healing to prevent death should be allowed. HLD is so fucked up, no integrity and no moral compass at all.
