Figure out the fhr based on each build you might need a 12fhr and a 5/5 sc
Id go Life/res jewels instead of facets personally so you're not lacking with vmagi set up.
Hell id say get 2 fathoms and nightwings for that and keep vmagi for res set up, Could go 3 with a dex set up too
You can also have a stormshield set up if you wanted a swap as well
Fathom vmagi trangs nightwings arach 2/10 ammy raven/bk or gg str life ring if you can afford
Bm gear.

105/86 is the best for a blizzer.
going 200 diminishes the builds damage and overall makes the character easy to counter

This build is completed once you achieve 104-105 total skill points. Frozen
Orb is an option should you wish to play around with Frozen Orb; with
proper skill+ and Cold Damage% from your items, it should be able to hit
the 500 to 800 damage range easily if not more.
