So I haven't played in 5-6 years and I was drawn back in by nostalgia watching d4 videos. I decided to make one of my favorite char's from before I quit. I had a Grief PB wielding Bearzon that was 100% passive skills and used Regular Attack. Grief is normally shunned or forbidden in melee duels but since she didn't use a skill to attack with she was in the loophole so to speak. Back then I had her on NL and she had the most expensive gear set up I think I have ever had on a char.
This time it is Ladder and I am working on the build. Here is what I have so far.
Keep in mind this build's pvp strategy is to have CTA/Spirit on switch. Cast Battle orders then switch to BeastZ/Spirit and transform into bear, then switch to main hand Grief PB/Storm Shield and attack with "Regular attack". The game is to be extremely slippery. My previous zon was very very hard to hit and had crazy fhr/crushing blow/deadly strike so she hit hard as hell and hit often.
Currently level 75 (will be about 85 before I start taking her toe to toe.)
Skills (will vary with more levels and +skills gear/charms)
Dodge maxed (lvl 30 with 60% chance to avoid melee attack while standing still)
Evade maxed (level 30 with 69% chance to avoid missle attack while standing still)
Avoid maxed (currently lvl 30 with 60% chance to dodge melee or missile attack while running)
Critical strike NOT maxed yet (currently level 22 with 69% chance to do double damage)
Penetrate NOT maxed yet (currently level 22 with +245% to attack rating.)
All left over points after Critical and Penetrate are maxed will likely go into Inner Sight and one into slow missiles.
Stat points are not invested yet (besides str/dex for gear.) currently 229 available points remaining.
AFTER BO's and xforming into bear she has
514-652 attack damage
9,354 Attack rating
3522 Defense
75% chance to block
(still working on resistances in hell diff. Cold is 75 and others vary from 5-38)

The last build I did was built around as much Damage reduction and HP as I could get. (Dungos,G-Bane/Fortitude/COA etc) but I figured if she is going to be a glass cannon then maybe I should focus on +Skills and FHR so she can dodge and recover as much and as quickly as possible.
This gear set up gives the following
+56% Increased Attack speed
177% Faster Hit Recovery (Meeting the 10th breakpoint at 5 frames)
50% Deadly Strike
65% Crushing Blow
43% Open Wounds
35% Damage Reduced
55% Faster Block Rate (Sheal'd SS)
Max Block
Obviously the gear can be better and the inventory isn't close to being complete. Any tips/pointers/advice will be very helpful and appreciated. Thank you for your time!
