*1st -500
*2nd - 250
*3rd - 125 fg

This is a fpk tourney brackets will be posted at 8pm eastern july 17th you have untill 8:30 pm eastern to meet up in a duel game and pk if ur user is offline he will be dq'd and you move on, if the the next round is afk auto dq ~ these are flawless fun tourneys
this tourney should take around 1-3 hours depending on what people join !

Oak is gm no matter what

a) No BM of any kind. That includes: BM gear, hack of any kind for pvp, shittalking, being arrogant. Generally speaking, respect other players.

b ) Overly defensive play can result in DQ but only at a requested mediator's discretion. If you think that your opponent is being too defensive, ask for a med.

c) If either competitor loses connection before a round starts, the round will begin when that person is back. If someone loses connection DURING a round, he loses the round and match continues, unless both sides agree to play again the round.

d ) Max Leap lvl after BO is lvl35.

f) For NvN, only Bone Spear is allowed.

h) If someone asks another player to show gear during a duel, the other player is bound to show full gear+inv.

j) Mana pool is allowed before the duel starts.

k) Replacing items during the set of ft3 is allowed. However, whoever goes to stash to change anything is bound to show full gear+inv to his opponent.

l) Glidewrapper is fully supported by blizzard and therefore, it is 100% GM. Full info on how to use it in our GM server

m) When the set of duels starts you are not allowed to leave and reenter game, unless valid disconnection. Also nobody, apart from the 2 competitors, is allowed to enter a tournament game unless 1 of the 2 competitors ask a tournament admin to join the game.

n) You are not allowed to respec depending on the match-up during the tournament.
You can use gear swaps, but you are not allowed to respec between matches and add or remove stat points!

o) General Rules (listed below)

GENERAL RULES
- no hacking
- both players must say go
- dueling arena is confined by rogue encampment, cold plains, and bridges
- must clear moor before dueling
- leaving the dueling arena during a duel is considered a loss (opponent decides if it was accidental or not)
- ties are nulled
- if you lose to an opponent you must wait 48 hours to re-challenge (48 hour dodge rule as well)
- may not use raven frost if cold resistance exceeds 400
- no thawing/antidote pots
- no rejuvs/hp pots
- mana pools are allowed
- no shrines/wells
- no mercs
- no prebuffing other than ES (cube inventory is ok)
- no eth items without repair mod or indestructible
- must maintain same class/type when dueling - gear swaps allowed (switching to max block, DR, etc)
- max resist of any element is 85%* (or 5% max and 20% sorb)
- max absorb of any element is 20%*
- can't use any +max resist or +%absorb with rising sun, tgods, or luna
- life replenish is capped at 40 (exception of 53 for barbs with angelics and double hoto switch+dungos for barb)
- max poison damage from inventory is 451
- no more than 10% slow from items (with the exception of arach)
- no holy freeze against characters without teleport
- don't combine more than 1-5% max resist with more than 20% absorb

Class Specific Rules:

Assassin:
- c/c sins with above level 1 traps can't use any +absorb or +max
- 174 trappers can have block but base dex ,ie items ~
Barbarian:
- bvc's may use two ravens with under 310 cold resist

Necro:
- bonewall is banned
- all curses banned except amplify, lower resist, decrepify, and weaken (no decrepify vs chars who can't teleport)
- all corpse skills are banned
- prison is BM if enemy cannot teleport
- may use hotspurs, or dwarf and 10% max resistance
- for NvN, only bone spear is allowed
- may use 2 ravens with 250 or less cold resistance

Druid:
- tgods is now GM
