General Rules
-both teams must say go
-the duels end when the entire other team dies, do not get body or help your team until then
-bad mannering of any kind (gold steal, nk, racism) will get you banned

Specific Rules
- Mana Pools are always gm NN Pride anymore its 2017
-level 90+ characters only
-duels take place in the blood moor
-must clear moor before dueling
-no thawing/antidote pots
-no rejuvs/hp pots
-no shrines/wells
-no mercs
-no doom
-no prebuffing (cube inventory is ok)
-max resist of any element is 85%* (or 5% max and 20% sorb)
-max absorb of any element is 20%*
-can't use any +max resist or +%absorb with rising sun, tgods, or luna
-life replenish is capped at 40 (exception of 52 for barbs with angelics)
-max poison off items is 451
-no more then 10% slow off items (with the exception of arach)
-no casting charges from items(unless agreed upon by both parties)
*don't combine more then 1-5% max with more then 20% absorb

Character Specific Rules
amazon:
-amazons may use 2 ravens with under 310 cold resist
-Plague is not allowed unless under 35k damage
- Can cube a few volley of arrow, can not pool on floor

assassin:
-c/c sins with above level 1 traps can't use any +absorb or +max
- FPK Tourney whirlwind is not allowed
- WW Sins with level 1 traps may use 5% or wisp for sorb cannot use both
- Tgods banned unless w/s

barbarian:
-bvc's may use two ravens with under 310 cold resist
-Bvc can have 52 rep Dual hoto + Angelic ect

necro:
-bonewall is banned
-lifetap is banned
-iron madien is banned
-all corpse skills are banned
-prison is BM if enemy doesn't use enigma.
-may use hotspur or dwarf and 10%


sorceress:
-max bug manas 13
-no +max resist with ES
-no +sorb or % sorb with ES
-blizz sorcs may use doom
-magic and physical damage reduce are capped at 15

paladin:
-defensive gc's are banned
-holy bolt is banned
-1 piece of tap is allowed
- Medi is banned create a mana pool, NN Pride Rep

Banned classes = Auradin, SUmmoner, Psn necro, Plague zon 100%

Gameplay Restrictions
-avoiding contact with an opponent intentionally with no plans of attacking
-casting of traps/missiles before both players say go
-camping in houses
-camping next to flavie

Game Techniques
-there is no restrictions on in-game techniques (IBS, IGA, farcast, hammer-fields, etc)
-no glitching (aura glitch, skill glitching, ww glitch, corpse glitch, blade fury, flame bellow, trang, etc)

If u add mana pools ppl will l8z, duels are much better when its even resources

Why mana pools are gm

People dont understand this but

When you get 2x High level people like HIGH LEVEL

The duel doesnt end in 10 mins

Every duel will be 25-50 minutes with zero % of pride

So now they run out of mana and are forced to pride

My rules arent noob friendly sorry

Can you not spam this topic please you always have to add your way into tourneys your literally the only perosn to ever complain in the history of d2 of these rules

Looks like you have rules set for that of non-ladder. We don't have bmanas on ladder for one, and typically I see the top dmg reduce and mdr reduced at 20, not 15 (see austins profile). At 15 sorc cannot use gerkes or g bane. At 20, sorc can use one or the other. Please update and change this rule.
