Long story short:
He wants to buy my characters through western union. I dont own account but I can still receive the money if I provide him my first/last name/ state/city and obtain his tracking id #. Somehow he insists in getting my phone # repeatedly. I told him that is unnecessary and not required. He said he knows but he still insists in getting it. I only theory is that he is a hacker and trying to get something else... something more.
