Zeal Pk on West Non-Ladder is back! This Tournament is open to anyone that are from other realms as well. Are you curious to join this?? Well your more then welcome to.... On West Non-Ladder we are gonna take Zeal Pks to a WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL.. This is going to be a different Tournament then the last one we just had. Which was pretty sick folks... :P

There is no level cap in this tournament. Also, future Tournaments the rules may have minor changes depending on what the demand is for the next Tournament, keeping our minds open to new challenges as in level cap etc.. If you know what you’re doing and are a serious competitor, like to have fun, meet some cool people, or even want to try Zeal Pks out, then this is the place you need to be in, sign up!! This is going to be very competitive, with very little mercy for disadvantages. Don't think about joining, try it out.... And Just Do IT!!!!!



Also in the near Future, Tap duels and No runeword Non Tap Rare duels is coming here soon on West-Non Ladder to ( Depending if there's a demand for it ). But I'm open to other ideas as well. So come join West-Non Ladder for some active Zeal PKs people...... B)


By the way if you want to get some practice in for your Zealer I have Good news. Most of the Memebers in guild Warriors have active Zealers, you can msg them or the other members that are active in this tournament, game name is Zealpk / with password msg me OR some of the other Zealers on West for the password if you want to get in on this ^^......


I can not charge an entrance fee. It is ‘illegal’ to host events. This tournament is handled by donations so those involved have insentive to get their duels done on time, ANY DUELERS WHO DO NOT DUEL ONTIME WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Too many people sign up for an event and then back out, or just do not bother to show up.

So..


To participate in this tournament, Theres a 300 fg fee paid to Mediator Snuffelupecus http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=325664 . I will be contributing equally to this cause, and we encourage participants to donate more if possible. Last tourney had a pot over 7k. Should for any reason the tournament not occur or conclude then you will be refunded your donations promptly.

1st place – 60% Total donations
2nd place – 25% Total donations
3rd place – 15% Total donations



TournamentAll matches will be conducted in Hell, either in The Blood Moor or The Inner Cloister

The Tournament will be double elimination : You must lose two separate matches to be then excused from participation, unless you willingly excuse yourself by failing to participate. If for some reason you find yourself unable to participate in the tournament before it has started and you have already singed up and paid the donation it will be refunded. Pretty simple people you lose twice your done.

The winner of each match will be determined by a best 2 out of 3 sets. Each set will consist of a FT7 duel. Here is an example of how this tournament will proceed… The first duel is 7-5 for dueler 1, so the first set goes to dueler 1, he needs 2 sets to win. The second set is won by the second dueller 7-0, and they are tied at 1 set a piece. A set won 7-0 is worth as much as a set won 7-5, except Deaths for and Death against will be recorded to better match participants as the tournament progresses. The match between the two is then decided by who wins the next set of FT7 duels. The outcome will be posted in the thread with verification of both duelers or a ref.






Rules



:o ▪ Battle Orders coming from CTA is allowed, also Zod Bug Fort is allowed to. :o


▪ Exile and Dracs is allowed in this tournament.


▪ Prebuff is not allowed : You may not go to stash, cast holy shield, and then duel. Secondary weapon and shield being used to cast holy shield are allowable.


▪ 100 poison damage is the max you can have from items or charms.

▪ No necromancer curses that effect the duels, ie* Amplify damage, Weaken, and Decrepify. Iron maiden from steel carapace is allowed since it does not effect players in pvp.


▪ No enchant, this includes the % Chance to cast enchant from lavagouts


▪ No % slow target


▪ Elemental damage must be below a total of 300, this includes any damage from holy shock or holy fire.


▪ Holy freeze is not allowed.


▪ Unperm gear is not allowed. This includes unperm 3/20/20's.


▪ No mercenaries , just Zealer Vs. Zealer


▪ The ref will kill you after the duel if you have casted chilling armor.


▪ No ethereal items that aren't indestructible or that do not repair durability. You will be checked by a ref everytime you change gears and/or go to stash.


▪ Inventory will be full of charms, if you cannot afford full charms the remaining spaces will be filled with TP scrolls


▪ Belt will be filled with TP scrolls, the ref will count 12 TP scrolls each time you die, to ensure your belt has been full. If you are wearing a belt that cannot hold 16 scrolls such as Hsarus, you must alert the ref before the duel


▪ Runeword Grief is a banned item.

▪ Runeword Death is back in this tournament but you must have 60 ias + to hit break point speed or you cannot use it.

▪ Gear changes are allowed at anytime but only twice per Set FT7. Which means every set of FT7 that you duel, you can only change your gear twice but at anytime. This rule is omitted at the start of a new set, at the beginning of a new set you can select different gear regardless of when you changed your gear the previous set.


▪ After a gear change, you will be killed to ensure you are not strength bugged and to eliminate any chance of prebuff.



▪ Third party programs will not be tolerated, the refs can see your gear and know if you hit the ias bp. The use of TMC, or MH, or any other third party programs will result in a instant disqualification. This applies for the use of maphack to check another Duelers gear aswell.


▪ All your charms and gear will be checked! You must alert a ref if you are to change gear and only do so with his permission. After you make the changes, you must again show the ref your full inventory of charms and all your gear. If there is any foul play, for instance, using a +3 pcomb amulet in the place of a small charm for holy shield prebuff you will automatically lose the duel.


▪ Refs should be members of the tournament or volunteers who are affiliated with the rules of the tournament.DUELS MUST BE COMPLETE BY ALOTTED DEADLINE. If your opponent fails to make an effort to participate, he will be DQ'd for the round, which will result in an automatic win for you.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the loss of your duel, set, or match. If severe enough will result in elmination from the tournament.Sign-up Deadline : Saturday October 10 th
