whats the ruleset?

Rules are listed in the discord but it's the GM ruleset d2rpvp has used for awhile

it could help if u list the rules in this topic, ive heard all sorts of ridiculous rules.

would make it very quick for people like me to decide whether i want to join or not, instead of joining the discord only to find out i dont really like your rules ;p
