Hey guys!
I'm thinking of writing an official pvp/tvt document including the most possible balanced pvp/tvt rules. The document is supposed to have revisions and all that fancy stuff that professional documentation should include.
I'm planning to discuss every rule with anyone being into pvp/tvt. Revisions are going to have no limits so we can modify it any time. I'm also going to register revisions history, so we can easily track all the approved changes back.

Why this came into my mind? Because I constantly face the same issue - what is legit and what is not legit because people use different rules. It's just simply not well standarized.

But that already has been done. A lot of times. By different people. What makes you think you wont just add another rule set for people to feel confused about?
