no. i read somewhere for a while cold damage was banned in aow due to slowing weapon speed ias base however i believe they changed now

There was a PvM update, with unlimited delays, etc. This completely ruined the PvP rules followed by the majority of players.

It's been two years since Blizzard claimed that a PvP update was too early. Since then, no news.

Discord arrived and killed the PvP rule. Rich bot users or rich Diablo fans create their own rules that favor themselves and their friends... their Discord will always be more followed than others because they're willing to pay 100 euros for tournament winnings... the silly players come to their Discord for the lure of tournament winnings...

So it's no longer a question of a logical, popular rule.

It's a question of rules followed for the sake of winning tournaments...

Furthermore, Discord leaders don't hesitate to ban people who insult their friends or their biggest rivals...
So there's no question of a big champion tournament anymore...
