I'm currently running runic 40ias suwayyah chaos 35 ias and hilords with a 15ias jewl in helm I believe I'm still hitting the 5frame ww. My question is how does frames work in pvp? Is it more frames more chance to hit or is the chance to hit solely based on attack rating? Can someone explain please. trying to figure out if I can get away with 5 frames in pvp or if 4 is a must have. Again the question is how do the frames affect ww while dueling.
