not much has changed, u cant sunder in pvp and common sense would tell you arachs/dungos/nigma can replace those options

and he pointed out vt tv or mage, none of which ask for those items. if ur referring to the pure foh build that says bug belt. just dont be a noob and run pure foh its that simple

but if u must be that guy that foh guide is spot on , just switch bug belt for arachs and btals for 4os life armor obviously
