If he were wearing arach I'd be taking 10% slow and my fpa on bowside and jav side would be dropping significantly as well as frw

As you can see in the video, he isn't slowing me at all
This barb is wearing only 10% fcr

Look at his rebounds on and off of me during teleports
That's 3x faster than 10% 12 frame and impossible without the use of tmc
