there is no legitimate need to remain off the mini map for a long duration.
this is old news everyone... dozens of 1v1 gm ladders before had a very detailed list of the cans and cannot's for defensive play. allmost the enitre section is missing.
a 102 l8z trapper will quickly bring this topic up and there will be a lot of hate towards that user lol
Unperms are almost necessary for some people though. Otherwise you have a 102 trapper using griffs which really isn't that useful and has useless stats.
If you are playing on a ladder the point is to see whom is the better dueler with equal quality gear or nearso. So limiting the poor while the rich are not limited is just dumb.
I will be the first person to jump and say gear doesn't decide a duel, the duelists do. BUT when your char has a perfect inv, a 15k+ secondary claw and a gchaos because you can afford it then no. in a gvg odds are you will win against someone with okay gear/charms strictly because you do ~2k+ more than they do and probably have 1k more life...
If your sin is a trapper then it will get an advantage if people have to stay on the map because you can camp traps and you won't have to chase and re-lay them.

Agreed. People act like there is only 1 person to blame for defensive play.
