So you're saying, the challenger doesn't have a guaranteed advancement even if he issued the challenge? even if he tried to make the duel to happen? but because the other player extended the duel and didnt show up 48 hours after the extention was requested.
IT's still  up to the admins to decide whether that person who issued the challenge advance or not?

That's unethical.

Agreed. We gotta be fair and stick to the rules.

if user didn't show up 48 hours it should be ruled as dodge BUT they still had time right?

he still had 3 hours and 32 mins or so. soo they had ENOUGH time to finish it.

if came worse the the admins have to make right choice and get enough proof before ruling it.

Steve told me via pm that I should not even have asked for an extension of this challenge since this is up to the challenged to do that. And since mrdrumman hasnt posted in this topic at all, Steve and I agree it should have been ruled as dodge last night with the no-show.

I now challenge:

02. Beingly/desouza/Buddah_blessU—Zeal

pmd

it's simple, he couldn't make it, cut and dry, that does not mean that the deadline was last night.

the deadline was still midnight tonight, no iffs ands or buts about it...

You're right. Stuff happens. But when that stuff that happens ruins the evening of your opponent who showed up and waited for hours to duel, in vain, you have to take responsibility for this. As a challenger, I had other things to do than waiting a whole evening for mrdrumman to show up like he said he would and realize he was not coming.

agreed, challenger should always advance unless there's an obvious unfixable problem for the two people to meet up

you honestly sat there for 3 hours doing nothing? if you'd already made time you can always do other stuff while waiting, I do not see a problem with this, and it's already been stated that this has happened to other people.

however unfortunate it is, it does not change the fact that the deadline was midnight tonight

Two different timezones is extremely different. This is not anyone's fault if the challenge can't take place.

mrdrumman did not do anything in the topic and he did not show up to our meeting. That's not something you can overlook when deciding whether to cancel or rule as dodge.

I am done arguing about this. You think I don't understand your point and I think you don't understand mine.

This will lead to no good, so I am done.

I understand your point fine, but sadly your point is irrelevent due to the fact that there was still time to complete the challenge, sorry to be so blunt but that's the truth
