there is a reason why all svs ladder are full of 200fcr vita fb, because theyre just simply easy to use and OP due to rules set.

with the current rule set:

If 2 player with similar pvp skills wise duel, a 200fcr fb will most likely will win the match up against any other character.


So why not change the rules up a bit so it is harder for them, especially against other type of sorcs

The current ladder has 14 players and 10 of them is 200fcr vita fb

I want to see more than just bunch of 200fcr vita fb

i think the large amount of 200 vita fb is more because it's easy to build and is fun to play, if you look at the previous ladder there were many cold sorc's near or at the top. and the #1 for a long time was vincenzo who was es fb with 80% fire res.

1st 200fcr vita fb is not easy to build
2nd since when is the last time you see a es, light or cold sit on top of ladder and how long ?
3rd so you want es sorc to play like vincenzo?

it's easier to build in the sense that the setup is very standard and cookie cutter, much more items on the market for 200 vita fb sorc.

like you said, not many players that are not 200 vita fb on the ladder right now, but i don't think that it's because 200 vita fb is that much more op than other classes. people just like playing 200% vita fb. if you look at the previous ladder there were many cold sorcs at the top throughout the life of that ladder.

i mean, fun is subjective, but i personally think that 200% fcr is more fun than playing 105%. and yes 200% vita fb gear would be easier to find to me than finding a perfect magic orb (took me 1-2 months to find one that wasn't overpriced that i could use)

also, you played 200% vita fb right? were you winning consistently against good cold/light players?

Svs is always tilted towards vita 200 fb and light. It can’t be helped. Imo es isn’t good for svs, in the sense that svs is about nls, stomps, and chains. Es forces you to duel in a natural defensive way, which can easily be abused.

Before I upgraded my 200 fb, she was worth like 2k and I got to top 5.
I’ve also held #1 on old ladder with a cold sorc multiple multiple times.
With Anya being fixed it’s a lot easier getting 450 cr, allowing a lot more life vs cold, but there still no way of really evening out cold vs fire or light.

Also with using the cold build you guys are talking about vs light, light sorcs tank 6-7 ibs still. With Anya being fixed they also have the opportunity to use facets which will cut thru that build unless you have a 20fcr orb and can get real res.

With that being said, I agree with sadistic, i rejoined with bliz for fun, not expecting to get #1. IfI wanted a shot at #1 I’d keep fb on lol

how many fbs can 85% res+es sorc take without mana being broken? so one hit, pot, one hit, pot, etc. we can test later if you're not sure
