So then why does everyone want base ed on circs?? Isn't 20 base dex> 20 base ed??

Most people who get base ed on circs also look for str. As we know, you cant have all three. Being 30ed is max on a circ

DEX is only 1.0 for Bows
Javelins are .5 STR/.5 DEX now
STR/DEX bonuses also only effect weapon damage
STR/DEX does not effect SC damage or damage from War Travs

ED% effects Bow/Jav both at 1.0
And it effects all sources of whole number damage
Such as SCs/Travs

The ED% is much better in the end

not quite true on the java bonus

but it's stll less then 1 pt = 1 ed so ed works better base then dex/str

I don't understand anyone wanting strength base on circlet though, makes it hard to switch hats then
