Iv had too many people complain about the silly rule.
Regardless of what the rules said Iv been using th 20-11s on tals since I joined up.
And will continue. Since its impossible to hit over 418 cold res on tals.
If everyone is gomna bitch and complain and try to give a class that's just not ment to be good the edge whatever that's fine
We can keep the sc rule on builds that allow it.
Cold sorcs will stuff suffer vs any other elemen type.



The bigger issue here is the Es problem
No way in hell I'm going to allow a vita sorc that uses bmanas to use that much res Max
I'd like to hear arguments onto why bmana sorcs (not 20.17) should be able to use 10% max.
Josh Isn't taking as much as an advantage as he could since he's offensive at least. But there was a user who was on here months ago who abused it.

dude. u say u wanan make a better chance for a tals sorc. but when cold sorcs ask for that u say cold sorcs rnt made for svs.... tals aint made for svs.

only way Id allow 20/11s to b allowed is if hotspurs were aloud for cold sorcs..

the es rule is fine imo. only ess ive had problems with are actaully GOOD svsers like tyler

How about this, we can bend the sc rule if the mods see it to not cause an issue. Like being a tals sorc I personal don't mind if u use 20/11s.
Only way I would mind is if u abuse it to jah up everything on like a 200fcr sorc. But with ur tals that's not the case.

But on the es issue, he doesn't really have that much of a leg up..
