I dont know how this 48 hour extension thing got started. we had this talk a long time ago and extensions were to be 24 hours Unless somebody specifically asked for more time with good reason

regardless of how it started, if 48 hours has become the norm and others have been given 48 hours without asking then Mrdruman should be given the same policy imo.

Regardless of the time of the extension in this case, I think that the rule is clear. No-show = auto loss. When someone makes you wait hours and doesnt show up, after saying the date and time was fine, I think it should be ruled as dodge, like the rule says, especially when the challenge was extended.

Technically he's right that since he didn't post in the thread it was a dodge but I mean he's an admin so he knew he was trying to get it done so it should have been canceled if anything not ruled a dodge. Btw extensions = extra 48 hours not 24.
i know its 48 hours and not 24  yah.. it should been cancel cuz they been pming each other back and forth and nothin happend :[
It's always been 48 hours. you should know better. Unless someone changed it behind the admins back.

Btw extensions = extra 48 hours not 24. he was on when you were on. count the date ffs.

03. mrdruman/mrdruman/civic-lorqn—Zeal vs. 04. Bruno/bd_ss/Akinator—Zeal ~ June 25+3= 28 correct?

you asked for extention correct? Joe still have 48 hours to complete the match period.

28+3 days=july 1st? Correct?

you posted 6 or 7:28 pm correct? He still have 3 or 4 hours and he was on when you were on.

but he was apparently ready to show the day it was issued, if something comes up later why shouldn't you give him the same courtesy that he gave you. I've also seen lots of other people ask for extensions on behalf of the challenged because it's the right thing to do, especially if you've been in contact with them

You guys don't understand something. When I pm'd mrdrumman to challenge him, I was leaving my house 10 minutes later and I knew that. No harm there... I obviously did not have time to duel him right away.

The problem is: mrdrumman and I agreed to meet yesterday between 7pm and 10pm east. I waited hours for him to show up but he never did. That is a "no-show" in my book, and according to the rules, a no-show = auto-loss.

Pretty simple if you ask me.

you aren't involved in the situation so you should prolly stay out of it.

i checked last night and it was extended so had till tonight @ midnight and got on to find out its been ruled a dodge...... if you were in such a big hurry to get it done it should have been done saturday when you posted it. i pm'd you and you "had plans" so its my fault? i love how when someones busy @ the beginning its cool but when I'm busy @ the end I get called for a dodge.....
