Don't take this the wrong way please, but you were doing something with with your build/dueling style.
I've met a few cold sorcs that out would drop me with less hits than my lightning all the time... Nick being one of them..

If played right ib can be rape in svs..



But again, there has been to many pages of spam on this topic..

should hold two votes, imo.
everyone who wants to put in their opinions then vote; no mods though.
then after the results of the vote, the mods do a final decision making vote and thats what we go with.

similar to the electoral college. i'd rather have people who have more experience than i do make the final call then people who have as much or less experience with rules than i do.

i'd also propose to let old svsers that aren't on ladder to give input as well

also a 11k ib sorc should do 505dmg to a 400res/raven sorc.  which is comparable to a 200fcr dealing 510-560 dmg to 85 res, when you take into account they can also blizz.  maybe just have the max res @ 400 and force ppl to use raven to tank more. 
/e nvm my 105 iber has -260 cr with 11k ib (3.5k life 85 fr).. so that would be.. 11000*.17*(100-(400-360))/100*.6= 673 dmg per ib..
or I could swap out 3x jah's for facets and hit 12.1-12.5k ib with -275 cr for 3.3k life and deal a crazy 765 dmg per hit to a raven build


A lot of this is very true, but keep in mind the goal for this ladder is to make it as even as possible for ALL different types of Sorc builds

That same "fail" build may not work well against FB, but against lightning where there is the chance of low rolls, or cold (where blizz can miss) it does quite well

No.. bad idea, I want an open pole where u have to post your vote and give a reason..
A closed vote can be easily tampered with :zzz: and its hard to know if the voters are srs or voting for a friend..

Make a thread or the rules don't change.
