no your wrong, the 20/11 rule allows ppl with nice gear that instead of using jewels in their stuff to get 399+ stack they can now get it with out them
and Jah Jah Jah Jah Jah Jah Jah Jah making a cold sorc even weaker
imo if you allow 20/11s go with a lower stack rule.....

this. imo if 20/11s r aloud, hotspurs should b aloud for cold vs fire. its been tested b4 and it is more even imo.

the second a blizz sorc can use spurs is when they all will respect to max blizz dmg and l8z.

This is true since imo svs should be a little bit fairer for cold sorcs
Me and Nick tested me in Hotspurs vs his fber was close duels very fun ones too
a Cold Sorc has NO chance against a 400 stack Fber with the old rules, might as well if you throw 20/11s in the mix it just wont happen thats why theres no cold sorcs on ladder
a Fber with 400+ stack 200 fcr with all Jahs is just ridiculous and doable with 20/11s
