sorry I'm still waiting on a response from the challenge i made KM-Dark: Darkken I made on post 79

We were suppose to meet up and on the final day he sent me a pm saying he has other prorities in his life and would have to concede the duel to me as he can't duel anymore due to other priorites on his life.

I made that post about it but seems no one has told me what's going on and instead of rising up and taking his position i'm just were I was before

I would like to know what's going on. I hope I haven't been wasting 3 days on this duel only to find out i'm still in the same position.

darken was taken out of the ladder. as i said no duels took place so you did not take her spot.

actually a duel was issued and drakken accepted my challenge.

I sent him a pm and he accepted. I still have that pm.

Were both placed in pending status for 3 days on which the last day he pm'd me saying he could not duel and that he concedes the match to me. I also have that pm.

The Dodge Rule/Inactivity:

-The challenger must PM the person defending for the "Dodge Rule" to be in effect. Do not try to go around this for if you need to call Dodge Rule it will not be in effect since the challenged was never informed via PM.*

- After a challenge has been posted, it will stay open on the forum for 3 days. If the defending player does not accept the challenge, or the match does not take place within3 days despite the curcimstances of the initial post, the challenger will automatically win the match due to the "Dodge Rule".For those duels lasting longer than 4 days, the duel will be Nullified due to delay of Ladder. Players inactive for 8 days or more will be dropped to the Bottom of the Ladder as MIA.

wrong, a challenge was issued and accepted.

darkken withdrew from the ladder.
no duels took place so she was removed and everyone under her was moved up one spot.

challenge your next person and get on with the ladder.

What i'm reading very clearly is that a challenge was made and accepted. And in the rules it clearly states It doesn't matter if the duel took place or not. What it says is regardless of the circumstances the challenger advances due to the dodge rule if the match does not take place.

I waited very patiently and drakken clearly said he couldn't duel 3 days after he accepted my challenge and passed the win to me. The match was issued but never took place.

If i'm reading this wrong you let me know

ik-ki vs KM-BT ~ Feb 18 one im in a pending duel and you cant challenge me

GG-IKBARB vs KM-Dark ~ Feb 14 (No Contest) this means that she was droped from the ladder. if you look at the new update everyone was moved up a spot.

Drakken pm'd me on our final day and told me that she concedes our duel to me, What i'm frustrated about is why that is not being honored here at this tournament.

Anyways regardless I don't want to start a fight here over game. Ill grit my teeth again just move on.

Actually I do read. I was waiting on a response for the judges of this tournament on my situation on drakken as I was told to wait. So I waited and heard nothing. I know someone has issued me a challenged but I was told to wait on respone for the situation I was in.

But as I see you're right he is in pending status.
