25 base circlet + 2x Sol + P Nature's Peace.
You can use things like safety boots or a 25 pdr / 3s too for more pdr. Personally I'd use a 25 pdr 2 pala amu, 2 pala 20 fcr 2 sox w/ 2 sols,11 pdr natures, t-gods and some rep boots.
Honestly though, I don't think people being able to negate mb damage is a bad thing, I think the real problem is that sins have a skill that's so easy to hit with (and stuns) and does so much damage..especially in a game in which it's really hard to damage people that prioritise avoiding hits. Mindblast just does so much damage to druids and they really cant do much about it without sacrificing fcr bp's or absorb..
Hence why I wrote here that I'd much rather mb did no damage at all:
http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=71251567&f=21&p=478677859I'll give my opinion on some of the discussion points I read so far:
On Medi: I saw people already posted things showing that medi rep exceeds the rep cap. But an argument for allowing it is that it can't be used all the time? By that logic you need to allow 4xdol shields on swap too rather than cap rep to 52 on swap. If its because hdins require stomps to kill, you should limit rep vs bowazons as they don't even teleport and require people to get close to them..yet some east rules don't even allow arrow stack (lol).
On rules: Pretty obvious its better to play with oak in nec vs hdin, then you can ban medi. Without oak you should allow medi, but its a far worse duel then as its hard for necro to offense in this matchup with only golem stack and it can be almost suicidal for hdins to play aggressively vs good necs without oak. In HvT I'd rather medi bm and unlimited pdr allowed, there's no way a sin has adv vs a pdr/medi hdin, you can avoid trap damage so easily with charge and if mb does no damage you cant do anything. People say you can do a little bit of mb chip dmg with shadow sks, but if that's the case what about tvd/tvb where mb does like 5+ times more damage due to the opponent using no pdr..again, just shows how overpowered the skill is and its a problem with sins not hdins in this discussion. The only hdin matchup I like medi gm in is vs druids as its a really boring duel if druids play defensive as hdins have no way of effectively rushing good ones with minions up and can only rep in hammer fields and wait..allowing medi forces the druids hand a bit here.
Mana Pooling: I like mana pooling being bm on private servers, this is because everyone has access to the same gear and it means its harder to load up on 5 frw scs and you don't need to make pools (no mana camping). On bnet it can effectively "price out" people who don't want to pay for bmanas or use unperm gear (maybe they don't like the idea of having to buy a new character if their game crashes on bnets amazing servers). The main problem is that some people think pooling is gm and some don't, so people who build their characters around it being bm are at a disadvantage if its gm and vice versa. I think its just best if its gm tho as the difference to those who make builds around it being bm is smaller than the other way around. There's also the fact that different characters need mana more. I don't agree with people saying that pooling allows necs to spam ibs a lot, as all banning pooling achieves is that just rich/unperm necros which use 10+ bmanas can spam ibs indefinitely.

kam didn't use pdr at all against barb/sin to my knowledge, pretty sure he was just referring to really hard jodering.
Yeah he never used it, I don't think I've played anyone on euro that used it actually although I know conrad/paul's hdin now has a pdr setup on it. I think though that the skill of the hdin still makes a big difference when it comes to jodering, much harder to rush hdins that are quick enough to insta-kill you if you over offense a bit
