Regular means you got involved regularly. Have good character and maturity, are trustworthy, and helpful as all get down in the thread.

Thats like Asking "Why dont we have everyone on east on the welch list because theres the potential they'll do it".

that's not the point... the point is you put known welchers in the welching section. supergamers is a known welcher yet he is "trusted?" yeah man, it's pointless spam because i'm trying to get an honest list here instead of a popularity contest which is what you're clearly aiming for. and you fucking morons wonder why east ladder is terrible...
