I know all about piwah vs vigil and I know piwah had Matt’s build on down to the exact same ring.. he foh stomped him on d2ga cause foh stun works there.. I towned the same hdins, I clearly remeber teleporting only and going vertical and horizontal in a half circle teleporting in and out and these grown men fled to town 1-2 fohs from dying to a spirit smiter. Stats:
Max vigor

Dueling:
Teleport at people full range on the x axis and then turn on fanta/charge before feet hit the ground and click on them once and move cursor back the way you came and tap shift to charge back out and teleport 2 screens away to break their lock or full sprint fanta charge away for up-charge. When you duel like this they will charge to get away when you Tele on their screen and it drops their blocking chance making it a 90% hit chance with a 72% ds.

Stat throw lock and wait for them to leave the screen and move cursor to x under feet and tele stomp
