To me thats like a dodge. Actually, I think it is even worse than a dodge, because he "dodged" his own challenge. Therefore, he wasted several days of his opponent's time and your time Steve, since you couldnt challenge anyone else.

nflgoHe got a Dodge the last time he was Challenged, Then he Issued a Challenge and failed to Complete it.
Technically I guess it wasn't a Dodge since he Issued the Challenge but it still had the same outcome, He tied up the ladder and prevented other people from moving up (Myself for 1, because of his challenge I was stuck and Unable to challenge up)
you can't say a dodge to a player who issued a challenge.
IT's been long ago that you only attain a dodge symbol, asterisk(*), if someone issued a challenge and you have not completed it within the alloted time (where the player who is challenge did not ask for extension or has completed the challenge.
Wouldn't be ethical to call it a dodge just because it prevented a number of people from advancing.
