I would like to nominate Aoz14 for regular, he's the only person I've ever given acct acess, he's a trusty guy. In addition he has been active in the thread, He has been pushing it on the guild and on all his friends and ppl in east. Most importantly he has good character and maturity.

i understand welching period is wrong and shouldnt be tolerated but it just dosent make sense to me....
