Jer, Hayz and Myself tested Phoenix
Jordang and ccsutton were both in-game during this
Long story short ~ Everyone has vouched Phoenix legal as we just aren't experiencing the same issues that Hepzibah has described and don't see it as disruptive
Jer pvp tested it with ccsutton in an actual duel
We also field tested hit for hit (with a Diamond Bow that has solid AVG hits) Swordback vs Phoenix vs Stormshield with hits on swap as well as taking damage while using the shields
Swordback swapping for OW proc still dealt more damage than swapping Phoenix on hits with GA as well as throwing Bolts
Stormshield still blocks GA better than Phoenix
But Phoenix does help while taking hits from Bolt due to +5% light max
In every other ladder/tournament that is held in d2jsp forums, having a single +5% max res is always GM and I see no reason why that should be any different here
Consider Phoenix still legal after these test results

HSKRECOVERY and i are still in a challenge. If you look back a few pages, it gets pretty confusing because all challenges were pushed back to today at the latest. lol. fuckin', if HSK and i don't finish the challenge tonight, it's void and u can challenge me.
