Again... I'm not questioning your knowledge on the game in general, boyer, but in actual Zon VS Zon "Competition" as you would put. I Don't think I've ever seen you come remotely close to entering the top 5 on this ladder.. in fact I remember you removing yourself as to save embarresment for bringing in a zva... I was also at one point on the mod list here, maybe if I was put back on my opinion would matter more?
Regardless of what Sutton brought to duel, I expected him to win. He didn't win by a lot. I didn't question his shield after the duel was over, and the loss was taken, but after it had sent me flying halfway across the screen due to fs/torch procs from being hit by a javlin.
You're going to have to come up with a better argument, or defense.. whatever you're doing.

A lot has changed since these original rules were written and you have to understand this
Light Bolt/Light Fury/Jab play very important roles in ZvZ nowadays
Honestly without the option to form a more defensive bower or a more offensive Jabber, I'd think it was boring just slinging GA and Multi the entire duel
It's always good to have versamilitude in pvp, in any game
