If you right click a program and go in to properties, there should be a compatability option to run the program as if it were on win 7 or even older versions of windows
Also make sure you're always running the program as an administrator

there was discussion about pheonix being chance to cast item. i looked it up and it seems to only be aoe damage in melee range

Phoenix monarch ive seen used in the past, and more often in publics, but he's been the first ive had to really deal with using one on amapk.

The ctc molten w/e spell it is that procs is very high, and on jav side it seems really op. I know during one of the duels, Sutton most definitely won due to the molten proc//me rubber banding a whole screen back.

I run at 500-750 fps playing d2, and sit between like 30-70 ping.

Idk what you guys think on this, but rule #5 would count out phoenix the same as it counts out fortitudes. idk..




The only relavent test I think would be using it on zvz.. and since so few zons actually attempt to use the shield in amapk idk if its been brought up? sec let me check the links..

I know we don't all play our jav side very much, but both of us played it about evenly in our duel we just had.

i do agree there was a desync lag though, i dont think it was related to the proc, just a coincidence the desync happened around the time it proc'd. you jumped on my screen while i was kiting away

i use phoenix for 400% damage on jav throws. it's FBR is shit though

yeah that ground animation is disgusting.

Its a seeking ground effect that when/if hit by it will definitely proc a block/hit frame check.. which will definitely cause a band for ANY zon who runs through it...

Yeah absolutely... its lower block too I believe? butthat doesn't matter when yourun a low vit zon anyway.

Thinking phoenix is like the fort of zvz weapon swap.. but yeah I guess we should wait for the other ladies to wake up before anything is ruled out :X

We had this discussion when tom was still running ladder, the phoenix user must clear all corpses before starting.

I vote Phoenix as GM for a few reasons:
* It's FBR really is shit ~ If you were to catch someone with a NL'd string of GA or even just 2-3 consequative shots in a row, you are much more likely to get hit while using Phoenix
* It's DEX req to achieve max block is stupid high ~ If you're using Phoenix, you don't have a lot of Vitality
* It's Firestorm proc actually temporarily disables Lightning Fury & Lightning Bolt when it activates ~ They get like a 2 second skill cool-down if the Firestorm turns on

All in all, using Phoenix is a big risk to be honest
If you're skillfull enough to use it in a rewarding manner, I don't see why it shouldn't be GM
It's things like Fortitude Chllling proc or Nosferatu/Cleg slow % that I feel are the bullshit BM items ~ Simply because they make matches take way way too long
