In the event that I use a 3/25 circlet (that's the focus here):
I'm no longer able to reach 14k Hammers.
14/6 = 2.333
13/6 = 2.166

Most sins have 4700 > 4300 HP, with WB the difference between 2 and 3 hammers to kill is pretty big. Good sins don't give you a lot of openings and you really only kill shit by stomping.

Edit: It's the only matchup where PDR is worth using and it's already a tough matchup for Paladin.
