Updaters, I'm giving you permission to suspended anyone you see posting off-topic for a week, during that suspension time if they are challenged they automatically lose their rank.

By the way guys, to avoid half the ladder going on vacations every other week we will be implementing a limit on vacations. The maximum allotted time for any vacation is 2 weeks MAXIMUM, you are allowed 2 weeks of vacation time in a 3 month period. If you take vacations more often than that then you must live a very lavish life style and I am jealous of you :)

This isnt the first time this user has done it, and i believe this is the second time in a row.

Remove FlamingIceCube from the ladder next update please guys.
