I foh'd you twice when you had less than 1/10th hp the last duel, nowhere is it stated you cannot foh if you are considered a "v/c"
Offered to do one more for good measure and you declined to respond and left

Foh has never been "bm", the only regulation regarding it is that it cannot be above 7000 damage.

If using Foh plz post V/T theres a reason for V/c v/t char type, if ur not sure how they work look it up.
