Last time I checked decrepify it was BM vs chars that are IAS based. Please clarify this.

I think the reasoning behind decrep being gm is that it only lasts like 4 seconds...

Yeah I'd like to know why decrepify is gm vs ias based chars..

Alsi I might sound like a newb but Why is lifetap on a necro bm anyways? Useless..

decrep always been allowed on nl,

life tap is obv bm b/c of how it would be used in teams. ~.~
