You should wait 3 day dodge rule then you can move up due of dodging since you did pm'd him and you two DID agree about being on certain time if hes not responding or anything else in 3 days then you move up.

I personally think the doj rule should go Into effect after 48 hours personally unless arrangements are made things move along better that way IMO
