takes 2 to duel..you should BOTH set it up at a time that works for BOTH of you..stop trying to take all the blame off yourself..you sound like a 5 year old trying to get out of trouble

i honestly don't appreciate this comment, i still stated that I would duel, i'm merely stating that technically i shouldn't have to.

The writing of that rule is incredibly flawed. If I PM someone and then ignore their responses for 3 days, do I get to advance on the simple grounds that I pm'd them and no duel happened?

If you want to play that game, all final decisions are made by the ladder organiser, so we'd have to wait for a word from him when this ladder is updated. I'm sure it's quite obvious to the organiser who's really dodging.

and no in that case the person being challenged should take a screen shot of a pm they sent to the other person asking for a time for duel.

Sorted over PM, he has company at the moment and we're dueling tomorrow.

i dont care if u appreciate the truth or not..start acting responsibly and putting blame on everyone else..btw that rule says that the 3 day dodge was implemented for people trying to drag out the duel to keep there spot..tails_chao WANTS to duel..that rule does not apply in this situation

He sure did , Jon Tye says to get on d2d he can't post on JSP for a while.

we are dueling at a later time since i have people over and it would be rude to be playing a game in front of them

Read the first post please , and yes anybody is able to join the ladder it's not a closed invitation only type of thing. ( east isn't active enough for that )
