If you issued a challenge and you won, you must wait 12 hours to issue another challenge.
If you issued a challenge and you lost, you must wait 24 hours to issue another challenge (Same person challenged is 48 hour wait.)

If you were challenged and you win, you can issue a challlenge immediately.
If you were challenged and you lost, you must wait 24 hours to issue a challenge.

At the end of the season, top 8 rankers will do a double elimination tournament to decide 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
