are you aware that tails_chao did respond to you and posted in this thread that he was ready to duel? it's not a dodge

and then i pmed him again,

and still got no response..

either way the rules say that if a duel does not occur within 3 days it's assumed that the person being challenged is the one losing unless proof is shown

i waited for 3 days, on atleast every hour if not more waiting for any sort of time for a duel

i received no pm on a duel time or anything = dodge.

technically if your both trying to duel then its not a dodge..as i said..he posted saying when he could duel and u completely ignored him...i suggest u work something out..he's wanting to duel and that was before the 3 days was up..no dodge

After a challenge has been posted, it will stay open for 3 days. If the person defending does not accept the challenge, or the match does not take place within 3 days of the initial post, the challenger will automatically win the match due to the "dodge rule"

I will not automatically update the dodge rule for you, you must quote the original challenge made and let me know. This prevents people have already talked to their opponent about the match and are simply waiting for it to take place from losing their spot

Why is it my "responsibility" to set it up? You are a challenger, challengers need to put in the required effort to set up a challenge, I'm in no way avoiding the challenge (which is why the dodge rule was implemented in the first place). Putting in a half-assed challenge and then using the dodge rule to climb up a ladder sounds pretty cool though, props for that idea.
