In a lot of ways it would have been more humane if you died in combat, then you wouldn’t be living the sad, desperate, alcohol ridden lifestyle you live today. In a lot of ways you are at the bottom of the barrel of society, addicted to drugs and alcohol, unable to hold a job, taking government handouts.

Would have been better for you to go out in your prime while you still had some life left in you IMO.
