I think hybrid sins are probably first just for the fact that they have WW to ignore stuns, a ranged instant spammable stun that they can kill with via traps, the ability to abuse the broken ias frames with bos, and clawblock. Like entering D2R, this class was the winner.

barbs with leap spam being an aoe, ww, and access to fanat is huge.

chargedins look solid due to charge and fanat. desync loss kind of sucked, but desync in a 1v1 wasn't ever really that dangerous vs someone that understood what the paladin was doing it was more a nightmare in like random FFA pubs or team fights- imo at least I'm open to people disagreeing but as a druid I had a lot of ways to deal with their desync if I knew they were doing it so I'm biased. all fpk classes can deal with it.

I think a bowzon using faith and exploiting the ias bug with fanat, and how they seem to not get dodgelocked anymore is something to keep an eye on.

With the druids, it's true that if they stunlock someone with a stomp with nados it is basically over, but the fact that GOOD sins (idc about the sins you kill in public duel games) were such a hard counter to them in D2L and theyre now BUFFED- by default that will never let druids get past them in ranking/tier. And then they lost TT to use against BvC where they would use the minion stack, without it it makes BvC a lot harder of a matchup and you can't just tell people to get good and TT if they bring up using max block to try and balance it out, they are kind of strong armed a lot harder into relying on that over actual skill to stack the zoo during leap spam. But it's true, I won't deny it- druid stomping someone and them not having WSG is basically death. However, being forced into a MB setup can potentially put the druid at more of a risk to being stunlocked due to the smaller HP pool they're working with now if they're scared enough of barbs to basically need to always use MB if they smell one of them lurking around. This being for team fights or ffa's obviously.

Necros.. I feel like necros are just an amazing class, but they really got hurt losing TT and WSG to turn around an ugly situation and attack out of it. They're still good, like what the f*** are you going to bring a fireball sorc? no. they're good it's just painful what happened.

Those are my thoughts on it all. I am in no way some god of PvP, but I have played a lot over the years on and off so it's not coming from someone completely clueless to pvp. So grain of salt with what I'm saying, but I would imagine it's pretty close to the mark.

rofl is that a copypasta from that thread too?

Just let me double check if I understand it correctly:
dodge, avoid, evade skills now take 0 frame to work?

Basically zons can't be Stu locked in dodges but kinda good for them due to no wsg. Just kinda op when al they have to do is stand there and hold shift and strafe u down in 1 second

ok but this doesnt really answer the question
they cannot be stunlocked because they can just do an attack during the dodge animation, or the dodge animation is simply 0 frame?

I honestly am not sure. It's just talks about it I've seen online and people noticing they're not getting locked anymore.

I have a zon I'm leveling up and the plan is to test this out and see eventually but for now shes like level 20 so..

the vast majority of players are still getting gear for their characters so there are still alot of unknowns. the main thing is, this is not diablo 2, this is diablo 2 r, and it has brought new stuiff to the table while removing some of the old stuff.

Something weird going on in D2r with zon dodges. It's not so easy to dodge lock a Zon anymore, which is very surprising with the removal of WSG and desynch.
When people figure out to use 6fpa with Diamond/Shadow at the new 150% or 155% ias breakpoint with 60/160 setups, Zon will likely be dominant under Assassin.
The sheer stun lock potential from a 6fpa GA with knockback should be enough to carry Zon in the new meta. We'll have to see though.

Here's where someone actually mentioned it in the thread itself. I think the zon changes to dodge might be interesting to learn more about, have you by chance learned any more about it?

edit: Ethreain I'd imagine if you were going to find a more solid answer it would be from this user.
