there is a reason that rule exists still its to prevent glass res builds from coming back to svs there is a way to get like 330+ cold pierce 105 fcr with legit items not wizzy gloves and 15k-16k blizz if doing blizz pure build or 12k ib if doing svs cold pm me if curious about more information about this build i love the build myself amazing for killing bmers in pvp who like to bm sorb
